KITE Search are currently representing a top tier global organization within Real Estate APAC they are known to be one of the leading funds and have a fantastic name in Hong Kong. Due to the expansion and success of their existing portfolio they are now seeking an Senior Investment Analyst to join their APAC head office team in Hong Kong. For the right candidate this represents a great opportunity to join an excellent team with a set career path within the organisation to fund management
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the CRES team in conducting real estate forecasting valuations planning and analysis in line with new business growth
- Present concepts and plans that gauge and mirror end user growth
- Work with internal and external parties across due diligence transactions and capital planning
- Work across acquisitions gaining exposure to the buyside process
- Identify market fluctuations across APAC
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Economics Finance Accounting or related disciplines with at least 3 years relevant experience in investment banking private equity fund within real estate.
- Possess strong research financial modelling analysis and valuation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Responsible self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to work within an international team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
