The ERPM Team at Novartis is looking for an analyst to help with global risk assessments of suppliers and other external parties.#LI-Hybrid
Location: Prague CZ
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Risk Analysts on their daily activities. Provide clear direction and vision for the team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategy
- Provide solutions to complex challenges and facilitate discussions to strategize with team members and senior management.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various risk areas
- Conduct business engagement meetings and provide support to your internal stakeholders
- Work with internal stakeholders and IT support teams to raise and resolve identified issues
- Prepare various EPRM reports for global and organizational needs
- Have a good understanding of the system and risk management
Minimum Requirements:
- University Degree is required
- Customer service orientation professional demeanor reliability and good communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP/SNOW is a plus
- Good computer and data manipulation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous Risk Management experience is a plus
