As a member of the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) the FICO Consultant will play a key role in driving strategic transformation initiatives and supporting the design and implementation of harmonized optimized business processes across the organization.
Support the scoping and framing of transformation initiatives within the SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) domain.
Identify and assess opportunities for process improvement and system transformation to drive efficiency and standardization.
Contribute to the redesign of Core Models to ensure process harmonization and solution optimization across financial operations.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and align transformation roadmaps with overall business strategies and objectives.
Participate in SAP implementation and enhancement projects including:
- General and detailed design (blueprints functional specifications etc.)
- Build phase (system configuration RICEFW development)
- Testing and validation of functional and integration scenarios
- Cutover planning go-live support and hypercare activities to ensure smooth deployment and stabilization
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation management including process flows functional specifications test scenarios and user guides.
Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Computer Science Business or a related field.
510 years of experience in international SAP implementation projects including scoping design and roadmap definition phases.
Solid understanding of Finance and Controlling (FICO) processes and their integration with Supply Chain operations.
Proven ability to lead workshops define business requirements propose innovative solutions and challenge ideas constructively to achieve optimal outcomes.
Strong strategic mindset capable of aligning IT solutions with overall business objectives.
Familiarity with process modeling and testing tools such as Signavio and Tricentis is a plus.
Fluent in English both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated proactivity leadership and the ability to influence in a dynamic evolving and multicultural environment.
Must be amenable to working onsite 3 days a week in McKinley Taguig on a mid-shift schedule.
