Job Description
Position Description:
Senior SAP FICO Consultant provides primary end-user support for SAP ECC / HANA and related interconnected systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting diagnosing and resolving end-user issues as well as conducting routine system maintenance checks and corrective actions including maintaining interfaces to SAP where necessary.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Become a solid source of information in your area of expertise.
Responsible for scoping and analyzing current business processes and requirements.
Execute system and integration testing.
Monitor/coordinate user acceptance testing.
Formulate/write functional specifications for customized programs.
Create test scripts.
Oversee pre-production and cutover activities.
Creates and monitors the movement of transport requests.
Perform configuration requests raised by clients.
Analyze reported incidents by the clients and provide a resolution within the agreed SLA.
Completes service requests/change requests.
Perform unit regression and integration tests.
Conduct risk and impact analysis of change requests raised by users.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
At least 5-8 years of experience in SAP FICO with support and application maintenance activities.
Experience in ECC and HANA.
Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and exhibit a strong sense of urgency.
Must have a strong focus on customer needs.
Must have analytical problem-solving troubleshooting and resolution skills.
Self-motivated flexible and open to learning.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Works well with others and is a team player.
Must be amenable to working onsite 1-2 days a week in McKinley Taguig on a mid-shift schedule.
