Job Description

Lead the Charge in Clinical Quality & Equity!

Do you have a sharp eye for detail a drive for excellence and a passion for improving health outcomes If so we want to hear from you!

T Ora Compass Health is on the lookout for a Clinical and Quality Improvement Lead to champion better health and equity across our communities.

About the Role

Partnering closely with our Community Health Service teams and across our organisation youll identify opportunities to lift health outcomes and reduce inequities across our population. Youll lead quality improvement initiatives in Primary Care that align with the strategic direction of the Ministry of Health Te Whatu Ora and T Ora.

This is a dynamic role with a diverse portfolioperfect for someone who wants to make a real impact.

Who Were Looking For

Youre a clinician (think: Registered Nurse Pharmacist Physiojust to name a few) with:

A relevant tertiary qualification

At least 5 years of clinical experience (Primary Care experience is a bonus but not essential)

A proven track record in clinical quality performance and improvement

Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A pragmatic yet creative approach to problem-solving

A passion for building partnerships that drive better health outcomes and equity

Who We Are

T Ora Compass Health is a not-for-profit Primary Health Organisation (PHO) supporting over 375000 patients through a network of 62 general practices. We also deliver a wide range of community health health promotion and clinical services across Wellington Wairarapa Kpiti Porirua and the Hutt Valley.
