Our Hamilton Branch has an opportunity for a Territory Manager to joinour Compact Construction Equipment team. The Territory Manager is responsible for selling John Deere Compact Construction Equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell new and used whole goods products within the designated sales territory.
- Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keep current on product knowledge and equipment. Keep current customers business activities and needs.
- Develop marketing and promotion strategies for the territory.
- Prepare customer status reports and activity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Sales industry experience and comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment are considered assets.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Highly motivated and self-directed.
- Excellent communication presentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
- Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport and travel internationally.
- A drivers abstract will be required.
