Now we are looking for a dynamic Partnership Manager to lead our expansion across Europe and build a powerhouse network of technical and consultancy partners.

Working side by side with our founders you will identify cultivate and scale strategic partnerships that unlock new opportunities for Deeploy and our customers.
You will be the bridge between visionary partners and Deeploys cutting-edge platform enabling co-selling delivering impactful enablement programs and translating partner needs into shared success.

What you will own:
Drive Growth: Find sign and expand partnerships with major tech players (think AWS Microsoft IBM) and top-tier consultancies (Deloitte Carve Considerati) to boost AI governance adoption.
Build Deep Relationships: Become a trusted advisor for partners and customers alike nurturing collaborations that generate tangible results.
Enable Success: Design and lead partner enablement initiatives co-selling programs and scalable tools to maximize joint impact.
Translate Vision into Value: Align partner capabilities with Deeploys mission to create seamless value-driven collaborations.
Who you are:
Experienced with at least 3 years in partnership roles within data AI or infrastructure-driven tech ideally in startups or scale-ups.
Technically savvy with a solid grasp of AI and data infrastructure; you can speak confidently with engineers and architects.
Domain knowledge in European regulated sectors like financial services or public institutions.
Fluent in English and comfortable communicating across diverse teams.
Bonus points for familiarity with responsible AI principles and experience in fast-paced environments.
