Job Description
Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technicianfor a busy community pharmacy inBandon Co. Cork.
What you need to know:
This is a permanent full-time position spread over 5 days per week with approximately two Saturdays per month on rotation. No late nights Sundays or Bank Holidays required. Youll be supported by an excellent team helping to manage a steady and friendly customer flow. The dispensing system used is Touchstore and theres an attractive package on offer!

This is a permanent full-time position spread over 5 days per week with approximately two Saturdays per month on rotation. No late nights Sundays or Bank Holidays required. Youll be supported by an excellent team helping to manage a steady and friendly customer flow. The dispensing system used is Touchstore and theres an attractive package on offer!
What youll be doing:
- Assisting in the dispensary
- Answering phone calls responding to inquiries or requests
- Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients
- Managing and monitoring the prescribed dosages
- Taking care of paperwork and monthly claims (if needed)
- Providing excellent customer service
- Any other duties as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and also independently.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on patient care and customer service.
What we require:
- Previous Irish Pharmacy Technician experience (at least 1 year) is essential.
- Touchstore experience preferred but not essential.
- Higher certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies; IPU course.
Salary is competitive and based on experience!
