About Our Client:
Our client is a leading MNC they are looking for a Business Analyst to join their IT team.
Responsibilities:
- System Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for existing ERP (SAP) systems resolving technical issues faced by users and ensuring system stability.
- User Interaction and Feedback Collection: Engage with internal users to gather feedback identify pain points in business processes and communicate effectively.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain necessary documentation such as user manuals operation guides and technical specifications.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies or redundancies and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT or business analysis roles.
- Experience in ERP system(Dynamics SAP Oracle ...etc.) is must.
- Good communication skills fluent in English(MUST) native Cantonese.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify problems and propose solutions.
