We are now looking for a Manager Human Resources Information System to join our Group Human Resources team to ensure the integrity scalability and strategic alignment of the global HRIS ecosystem. This role will drive data governance system administration and implementation support for global HRIS/technology initiatives enabling data-driven decision-making across the Group.
As the Manager Human Resources Information System we will rely on you to:
- Support rollout of PeopleSoft HCM to global properties including data cleansing UAT and training
- Contribute to future HR tech implementations (e.g. ATS Performance Management HR Virtual Assistant ESS)
- Manage project artifacts: scope documents test scripts RAID logs and post-go-live reviews
- Establish and enforce data standards validation rules and auditing protocols for employee master data across all HRIS modules
- Monitor data quality metrics identify root causes of inaccuracies and lead corrective actions with local HR teams
- Develop training/guidelines for hotel stakeholders to uplift data maturity and compliance
- Serve as primary system administrator for PeopleSoft HCM and provide admin support to other HR platforms/applications (e.g. ATS LMS)
- Develop centralized global reports/dashboards for HR and leadership
- Enable self-service analytics capabilities for regional HR teams
- Stay updated on HR tech trends and advocate for process improvements
- Develop change management/communication plan and content to facilitate the adoption of new systems or technologies
- Respond to HRIS-related enquiries from internal stakeholders ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues raised through enquiry channels
We are looking for someone who has the following:
- Bachelors degree in HR IT Business or related field.
- 5 years in HRIS/HRIT roles withhands-on system administration(PeopleSoft HCMpreferred)
- Proven track record in data governance frameworks data cleansing and quality control in a multi-country context
- Experience supporting large-scale HRIS implementations (full lifecycle) and integrations
- Proficiency in HR reporting tools (e.g. PeopleSoft Query Power BI Excel Advanced)
- Exposure to different HR modules:Recruitment Performance Talent etc.
