Misso
Integrar o time comercial dedicado comercializao de produtos de Energia Solar e Varejista para pequenos e mdios consumidores oferecendo suporte estratgico e operacional ao processo de vendas garantindo organizao preciso nas entregas e excelncia no relacionamento com clientes e parceiros.

Principais Atividades

  • Apoiar o time comercial nas tratativas com clientes durante o processo de venda e ps-venda garantindo agilidade e qualidade no atendimento.
  • Contribuir no mapeamento e prospeco de parceiros comerciais alm de apoiar na contratao e gesto desses parceiros.
  • Inserir atualizar e manter dados organizados em sistemas CRM e outras ferramentas de gesto.
  • Coletar organizar e analisar dados para elaborao de relatrios gerenciais apresentaes comerciais e indicadores de performance.
  • Participar de anlises estratgicas com base em benchmark demandas internas e oportunidades de mercado.
  • Manter interface e relacionamento com diversas reas internas (canais marketing engenharia construo riscos compliance tributrio contbil jurdico entre outros).
  • Elaborar e enviar reports para diferentes pblicos internos e externos garantindo clareza e objetividade.

Requisitos Obrigatrios

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administrao Engenharia Economia Gesto Comercial ou reas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento em funes administrativas ou comerciais preferencialmente em empresas do setor de energia ou segmentos correlatos.
  • Conhecimento no setor eltrico ou em energia solar.
  • Conhecimento em processos de CRM e gesto de funil de vendas.
  • Noes de gesto de parceiros e contratos.
  • Domnio Pacotte Office (Excel Power Point).
  • Domnio em Power BI (criao e leitura de dashboards).
  • Boa comunicao oral e escrita com capacidade de elaborar relatrios claros e apresentaes estruturadas.
  • Organizao e ateno a detalhes com foco em qualidade e prazos.
  • Habilidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa interagindo com diferentes reas e perfis.
  • Raciocnio lgico e facilidade para anlise de dados.
  • Motivao para aprendizado dinmico e contnuo.
  • Noes de gesto de parceiros e contratos.

Mission
Join the commercial team dedicated to selling Solar Energy and Retail products to small and medium-sized consumers providing strategic and operational support throughout the sales process ensuring organization accuracy in deliveries and excellence in customer and partner relationships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial team in client interactions during the sales and post-sales processes ensuring agility and quality in service.
  • Contribute to the mapping and prospecting of commercial partners as well as support in the hiring and management of these partners.
  • Enter update and maintain organized data in CRM systems and other management tools.
  • Collect organize and analyze data to prepare management reports commercial presentations and performance indicators.
  • Participate in strategic analyses based on benchmarks internal demands and market opportunities.
  • Maintain interface and relationship with various internal areas (channels marketing engineering construction risk compliance tax accounting legal among others).
  • Prepare and send reports to different internal and external audiences ensuring clarity and objectivity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree completed or in progress in Administration Engineering Economics Commercial Management or related areas.
  • Experience in administrative or commercial functions preferably in the energy sector or related industries.
  • Knowledge of the electricity sector or solar energy.
  • Familiarity with CRM processes and sales funnel management.
  • Basic understanding of partner and contract management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Power BI (creating and reading dashboards).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create clear reports and structured presentations.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail focusing on quality and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively interacting with different areas and profiles.
  • Logical reasoning and ease in data analysis.
  • Motivation for dynamic and continuous learning.
  • Basic knowledge of partner and contract management.
