CNC Metal Forming Operator
Direct Hire Minneapolis MN $28 - $32/hour
Overview
Were looking for a skilled craftsman to join our team as a CNC Metal Forming Operator. This is hands-on work shaping light-gauge metal into precision curved components using specialized bending equipment. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and have experience measuring cutting and forming metal whether from HVAC construction framing brake press stamping or sheet metal work this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC bending machines to form accurate high-quality metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and job tickets with attention to detail.
- Measure precisely with tape measures calipers and other tools accuracy is essential.
- Perform finishing tasks such as flattening flange adjustments and twist correction to perfect each part.
Qualifications
- Skilled background in CNC construction framing HVAC sheet metal brake press stamping or related metalwork.
- Strong ability to read and use a tape measure with accuracy.
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
