We are currently seeking a Manager (Solution Expert) - Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) to join our team in Bangalore Karntaka (IN-KA) India (IN).

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Blue Yonder ESP Solution Expert to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation/support of Blue Yonders Enterprise Supply Planning solutions for high-impact clients. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in supply chain planning and proven experience in leading successful solution rollouts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder ESP implementations/support deliverables including blueprinting design build test deployment post go-live support.
Engage with client leadership to define supply planning strategies and translate them into system capabilities.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions workshops and user training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain IT and business stakeholders.
Guide a team of consultants and coordinate with development testing and data integration teams.
Act as subject matter expert in resolving complex planning issues and recommending improvements
Customize and optimize ESP modules to meet client-specific KPIs and operational goals
Assist in data migration validation and cleansing for supply planning systems.
Provide support during upgrades deployments and post-production.
Drive innovation by integrating new Blue Yonder features and best practices
Skills/Qualifications:
8 10 years of experience in Blue Yonder ESP solution delivery
Proven track record in leading at least 23 full-cycle implementations including post go live support
Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes: Demand Supply Inventory Planning.
Experience in client management and business development.
Experience in working with cross-functional global teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in SQL data mapping and performance tuning
Excellent client-facing presentation and communication skills
Experience with project methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Supply Chain Engineering Computer Science).
Blue Yonder ESP certification (mandatory or strongly preferred)
