Process Manager Waste Treatment
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and evaluate facility processes suggesting adjustments or optimizations to improve operational performance.
- Partner with the operations team to implement enhancements that boost efficiency and reduce operational costs while meeting production goals.
- Manage and mentor laboratory staff and process engineers focusing on their development performance assessments and effective resource distribution to fulfill laboratory needs.
- Conduct regular analysis of production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess efficiency and identify emerging trends.
- Spearhead initiatives for process enhancements technological advancements and capacity expansion.
- Create and maintain channels to promote the valorization of compost and soil conditioner.
- Generate technical reports for internal stakeholders and joint venture partners.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Engineering Environmental Science or relevant disciplines.
- 6 years solid experience in the fields of anaerobic digestion wastewater treatment and composting.
- Effective leadership skills to inspire and coach team members.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
