The CNM 2 Shift Leader has a pivotal role in the co-ordination and management of activity and resources within the clinical area. The main responsibilities include: ensuring patient safety quality of care and safe staffing levels while working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The post holder will provide effective nursing leadership expertise advice and support in the management of our patient population and will promote peer support and development as a fundamental element of the role.
