DescriptionThe Graphic Designer 3 serves as a senior-level designer on the Brand team and is responsible for strategic creative work that aligns with the organizations brand standards. This role executes the implementation of high-value campaigns that express the ministrys leadership clinical and corporate excellence while advancing the strategic goals of the organization. This role reports to the Manager of Design and helps support concepting design layout and brand identity projects that support the health systems strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities- Creative Strategy and Direction
- Responsible for bringing high-impact design solutions to life that drive how the brand expresses the ministrys values voice and purpose.
- Supports concept development photography video and graphic expressions acrossthe entireministry. Works with creative storytellers both internal and external on creative strategy and brand narrative.
- Reviews art developed by other designers on the team ensuring deliverables effectively address marketing goals and challenges.
- Works with the Senior Director of Brand and Chief marketing Officer on special projects that drive high-profile brand activations and address emerging strategic initiatives.
- Production and Process Support
- Establishes and maintains accurate and efficient job filing systems that contain photography information job order information and project and campaign records.
- Advocates and implements processes that encourage optimal creative workflow
- Promotes the quality and efficiency of performance through participation in staff educational programs approved continuing education courses and specialized skill training programs.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
QualificationsExperience: 5 years graphic design experience
Education: Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts Graphic Design or a related field.
