Our client is a leading company in tiles and home decoration materials.
They are currently looking for a Branch Manager (Bang Na) to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all stores follow operating procedures according to guidelines and operating standards.
- Auditing stores to maintain efficient and professional customer service standards.
- Being a role model for leadership and providing advice to all employees.
- Making decisions with a clear direction for improving and solving problems to make the store more efficient.
- Recruiting training and developing a team to achieve maximum results for effective employee promotion.
- Teaching work following up inspecting and developing team members to improve and increase their excellent performance.
- Conducting regular evaluations of employee performance.
- Coordinating and carrying out the annual stock count by following operating standards to ensure success.
- Analyzing sales monthly quarterly and annually.
- Reporting to the Owner.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in modern trade sales or retail sales preferably in construction materials.
- Experience in managing a team of more than 10 people.
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Ability to work under pressure strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Confidence in English skills.
- Ability to drive a car and possess a valid drivers license.
