Responsibilities:
- responsible for handling customer complaints 8D report writing.
- use quality management tools (QC techniques FMEA etc.) to carry out statistical analysis and treatment of product quality problems.
- Responsible for following up the corrective and preventive measures taken to confirm their effectiveness.
- Implement customer complaint product quality improvement measures into the corresponding quality inspection standards.
- responsible for collecting the companys major customer complaints implement the improvement of the factory and change the corresponding internal standardization operations.
- familiar with the product quality requirements of key customers.
- Other work arranged by superiors.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above major in electronics machinery materials chemical engineering etc.
- more than 7 years of quality management and customer complaint experience in electronics factory semiconductor and optical communication industry.
- familiar with ISO system with process quality management experience; Familiar with quality statistics theory and practical application; 8D Improve reporting methods and skills.
- office software proficiency English CET-4 or above excellent English writing good oral expression skills.
- strong ability to independently analyze problems and internal and external communication skills; Good judgment and decision-making ability planning and execution ability; Have a good team spirit strong sense of collective honor.
