THE ROLE
The Corporate Chef will join our team to help maintain the Healthy Meal Program at Scotlynn by planning preparing and serving healthy meals for 100 employees. As you will be leading a very small team providing a clean kitchen and eating space organization and time-management skills are essential for this fast-paced and high-volume environment.
This role could also be known as Kitchen Manager Executive Chef or experienced Line Cook.
ABOUT YOU
Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have:
- Previous kitchen experience in a leadership role
- Experience working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Dedication to maintaining a clean kitchen and eating areas
- Ability to execute service independently and as part of the team
HOW YOULL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN
- Preparing delicious healthy meals for over 100 employees
- Menu planning and budgeting
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dishes sweeping mopping etc.
- Checking inventory and placing weekly orders
YOUR COMMITMENT
- This is a full-time permanent role
- Work from 7am 3pm Monday Friday
