This role drives measurable sustainable results by combining data technology and Lean Six Sigma while building global capabilities through cutting-edge training and coaching. As a catalyst for innovation and continuous improvement you will empower teams worldwide to deliver smarter faster and more resilient Supply Chain performance.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate global Supply Chain (SC) cost-saving initiatives from ideation to execution using the Global Tracking Tool to ensure measurable and sustainable results in close collaboration with regional teams Global Business Services (GBS) and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive and oversee digital excellence and process improvement projects (e.g. OTIF SMOG lead time reduction) by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies improving data visibility insights automation and overall process efficiency across the global SC network.
  • Manage tracking reporting and governance of global SC improvement initiatives while providing expert guidance tools coaching and best practices to empower improvement mentors worldwide with full end-to-end (E2E) process oversight across all initiatives.
  • Head the global SC capability program designing delivering and continuously improving training for project facilitators advocates and coaches to strengthen skills embed best practices and build long-term operational excellence capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in management engineering supply chain or related field
  • 5 years in Supply Chain Management Digitalization or Excellence-related areas
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt digital supply chain systems and insights MS Office Suite Power BI SAP ERP
