Candidate Requirements:
Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and Licensed in the state of Indiana (Board Certification in Hospice and palliative medicine preferred).
After hours call coverage to consult with hospice and home care nurses regarding patient care and symptom management as scheduled. Call coverage will not exceed 1 weekend per month and weekly call will not exceed 1 week per month.
Knowledge of regulatory and legal landscape of Hospice practices as it relates to operations.
