Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and implement a strategic relationship tailored to each major account.
Regularly engage with key stakeholders within the accounts to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by the customers to ensure their satisfaction.
2. Expansion and Development:
Identify opportunities to expand the business scope within existing key accounts.
Explore possibilities for to work with leads in regional markets or other countries leveraging existing relationships and expertise.
3. RFI RFQ and Tender Responses:
Respond promptly and effectively to requests for information (RFI) requests for quotation (RFQ) and tender opportunities from corporate customers.
Review existing contracts and ensure the continuation of business with key accounts.
Ensure that all responses are comprehensive competitive and aligned with company capabilities and objectives.
4. Logistics Execution and Compliance:
Ensure that logistics execution activities meet or exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements to support the expected substantial profitable growth of the business.
Monitor and enforce compliance with SLAs and relevant regulations to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for
Degree in Business Management / Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain
Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)
Good command of both spoken and written in English
Good knowledge of supply chain-related services warehousing and distribution if preferable
Able to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Positive mindset confident and able to contribute positively within a reputable growing group.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
