AI Enabled Automation - Power Platform
Overall Years of Experience - 3- 10 years
Relevant Years of Experience - 4 years
We are looking to hire people with strong Power Platform skills and who are interested in learning new technologies in the process automation space RPA AI/ML Cognitive Conversational Chat Gen AI.
Position Summary
- Requires 2-3 years minimum prior relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of hands on experience on Power Platform.
- Detailed understanding of canvas apps model driven apps power pages along with their limitations application and key features.
- Detailed understanding of Power Automate digital flows and power automate desktop.
- Basic understanding of Power BI and Power virtual agents
- Basic AI concepts using AI builder and Co-Pilot.
- Knowledge on Dataverse and its concepts around security and automation.
- Knowledge on environment management using the CoE toolkit security groups and controls around tenant.
- Database knowledge of any 1 RDBMS product (SQL Oracle etc.).
- Interface with Architects and customers to understand business processes and system requirements.
- Ability to architect and design Power platform solutions independently.
- Ability to lead a development team and support with technical queries during engagement delivery.
- Experience in developing solutions using a combination of automation technologies like Power Platform AI/ML RPA.
- Certification PL 600 Solution Architect in Power Platform.
- Mentors junior developers on power Platform best practices standards
- Hands on experience on Power Platform implementations Apps Automations Dataverse designs power BI etc.
- Deep knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies
- Experience in working with JSON XML & RESTful API
- Experience in Object Oriented programming languages like C# Java full stack.
- Experience working with at least one external integration i.e. Web service ESB etc.
- Knowledge of RPA DevOps tooling is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write clear understandable logic for maintainable code which meets design specifications.
Qualifications
- A bachelors or masters degree
- A minimum of 3.5-8 years of experience preferably background in a professional services firm.
- Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
Essential
- Lead the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including Model-Driven Apps (MDA) Canvas Apps Power Automate Power Pages and Dataverse.
- Design and implement custom connectors plugins PCF and Power Pages.
- Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources like Azure SQL SQL Server SAP Service Now etc.
- Integrate AI-driven features like Copilot to augment solution capabilities and deliver intelligent business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable efficient technical solutions.
- Ensure the solutions meet performance scalability and security requirements.
- Lead the technical team as part of project delivery provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
- Understand and analyse business requirements by working with various stakeholders and create the appropriate information architecture and solution approach.
- As a PowerApps expert work on various projects related to Azure and Office 365.
- Understand and analyse user requests. Take full responsibility for the complete lifecycle of an application from analysis to final deployment.
