1 Able to complete all Technician Responsibilities with 100% accuracy. 100%
2 Independently perform routine troubleshooting and repairs on the designated modality with a 95% success rate of diagnosing the problem while working within the escalation procedure. 95%
3 Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance on their designated modality and secondary modality.
4 Perform installations with assistance on designated and secondary modality.
5 Work safely in confined areas including high current/ high voltages modulators (20 - 50 kV 1500A) and use peripheral vision to gauge distances. The confined areas have potential hand/arm traps. Depth perception is critical. /20 - 50kV1500A/
6 Work safely on Elektas full range of products including medical devices producing high-energy ionizing radiation.
7 Read analyze interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints schematics and wiring diagrams.
8 Instruct customers and staff in proper use of the equipment.
9 Stay current on all new products.
10 Submit timely and accurately; Case/work order in CLM service reports expense reports TLD badges and other paper work as assigned. CLMTLD badges
11 Parts inventory management both on site and in CLM. CLM
12 Provide product feedback to home office.
13 Maintain all company equipment including company computer parts and tools.
14 Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
15Incorporates Elekta Values into all department functions and responsibilities.
16 Adhere to all Elekta directives policies and procedures.
Relevant Knowledge skills and competencies - (For the role specify the following:-educational background and knowledge-details of relevant experience-skills required for the role-key performance competencies that are required)
1 3-7 years of experience in customer services field. 3-7
2 At least 2 years working experience in multinational company. 2
3 Good analytical problem-solving and technical skills to be effective.
4 Major in engineering Industrial Automation/Electrical & Power Engineering is preferred. /
5 Motivating energetic and passionate.
6 Highly collaborating with others & strong team spirit.
7 Strong communication skills.
