THE ROLE: The Consignment Manager will oversee all aspects of our RV consignment program from generating leads to finalizing sales. This role requires strong sales skills a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build relationships with RV owners. You will work closely with the sales team and management to ensure a seamless and profitable consignment process for our customers and the dealership.
COMPENSATION: $55k-$85k

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the RV consignment business.
- Source and secure consignment agreements with RV owners through outbound calls lead follow-up in-person visits and networking.
- Appraise RVs for consignment ensuring accurate and competitive valuations.
- Maintain communication with consignors throughout the process providing updates and recommendations.
- Partner with the sales team to effectively market and sell consigned RVs.
- Manage consignment inventory ensuring accurate records and timely turnaround.
- Negotiate sales and consignment terms to meet profitability goals.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies manufacturer guidelines and state regulations.
- Track and report on key performance metrics for the consignment department.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Proven experience in sales RV consignment or dealership management preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
