Position: ServiceNow QA

Location: Remote

Duration- Long Term Contract

Job Description:

         Prepare test scenarios scripts and requirements traceability matrix.

         Perform functional regression performance and security testing.

         Validate workflows (e.g. Work Orders Permits AP integrations).

         Support in UAT execution and issue resolution.

         Maintain test evidence and compliance reports.

Qualifications

         5 years QA experience with 3 in ServiceNow testing.

         Familiar with ATF (Automated Test Framework) in ServiceNow.

         Strong in defect management and UAT coordination.

         Experience in government/public sector QA projects preferred.
