Executive Engineer - Mechanical (Building Services)
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity forexperienced Executive Engineer Mechanical (Building Services) to join our Building Services team in Singaporeand become part of a network of over 400 Building Services Engineers across the Asia Pacific. Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible to:
- Carry out engineering design with minimal supervision in accordance with local codes or relevant international design code and standards
- Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity
- Responsible for analysis of information production of design tenders proposals and technical report writing
- Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants
- Observe review and report of works on site
- Handle client liaison and reporting
- Provide leadership to projects including planning monitoring progress and job cost reporting
- Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the clients
- Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance
- To work with the Qualified Person (QP) to develop mechanical building services designs and calculations
