Job Description
- Bachelor Degree with technology emphasis or equivalent education/experience
- 3 or more years previous travel industry experience
- Solid understanding of travel booking lifecycle with a passion to drive mid-office automation
- Collaborative team member within a global team atmosphere

Power Center (PC) is mid-office application which Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) utilizes to process customer travel bookings. Power Center is a highly customizable application which allows CWT to automate functions of the bookings throughout the booking lifecycle.
The System Analyst will be responsible for developing supporting and maintaining a component that manages the workflow through the travel booking lifecycle referred to as ResEdits. As part of the Business Platform team the System Analyst will also collaborate with a larger global team.
As an ideal candidate you must be a self-motivated team player with a passion to satisfy the customer in a fast-paced agile addition you must have proven travel industry knowledge with a solid emphasis in understanding the booking lifecycle with a passion in problem solving and abstract thinking. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule due collaboration with a globally distributed team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops new ResEdit rules with an emphasis on design/implementation to meet technical and business requirements and ensure maintainability
- Performs all aspects of ResEdit development including analysis design development testing and maintenance
- Plans and executes testing with emphasis on automation to aid in Continuous Integration and Deployment efforts
- Provides technical input and assistance to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborates well within a diverse geographically distributed multicultural environment
- Become a productive member of a high-performing agile team
