The Vice President will be a key member of the Foundational Platforms team and will play an integral role in designing and delivering work orchestration solutions within the Citco Group.

The Foundational Platforms team is part of the wider Transformation office (TO) which is multi-skilled team charged with identifying building and deploying operational solutions leveraging tools from foundational platforms to emerging technologies. TO plays a crucial role in driving organizational change and achieving successful transformations.

As a core member of our Transformation team you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver high-quality workflow solutions that both our clients and Business Units can depend upon.

The Vice President will play an integral role in designing and delivering workflow solutions within the Citco Group. They will work with multiple and diverse stakeholder-groups from across Business Units to optimize and digitize operational processes in order to deliver position bottom-line results for Citco

Duties in brief:

• You will own the execution & timely delivery of multiple concurrent projects end-to-end.
• Help drive Citcos workflow strategy across Citco Fund Services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Fund Services Banking and Corporate Solutions divisions to ensure seamless data flow and integration
• Monitor and optimize workflows to capture true task status and performance metrics supporting Citcos commitment to operational excellence and SLA adherence
• Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions; gather requirements and assess feasibility
• Own and review solution design documents that clearly articulating Problem Statements; As-is & To-be states; UserStories; Proto-types & Success Criteria
• Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions
• Perform or review all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping analyzing developing solutions RAIDs reviewing deliverables from executing to implementing change
• Work with senior stakeholders to rollout solutions to target teams / business units
• Review product backlog maintenance and grooming to ensure projects are managed effectively
• Establish best practices / industry standards while designing solutions
• Perform detailed risk analysis and reporting
• Mentor; Coach and develop staffto perform successfully in their current roles and progress their careers

About You:

• Bachelor degree in Management Studies Business Administration Finance Accounting Economics or relatedfields
• You have 10 years of experience leveraging agile project management to deliver multiple projects ontime and in scope in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a strategic mindset andfind motivation in creatively solving problems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements
• Able to present solutions to diverse audiences in a consumable format
• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities
• Confident in leading requirements gathering sessions
• Experience using Confluence & JIRA to manage projects
• Experience creating processflows user stories acceptance criteria design documentation and wireframes (proto-types) in order to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements

Assets:

• Significant experience in the Financial Services industry
• Business Analysis certified
• Practical application with Business Process Management / Workflow applications
