Airbus SAS is looking for Senior Corporate Legal Counsel (f/m) to join our Legal & Compliance department based in Toulouse France.
You will be part of a multicultural team of around 20 people under the leadership of the Head of Governance Matters and Corporate Law. As part of the Corporate Law team you will work closely with various departments within the company to provide strategic legal advice and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice to the companys executive team and various departments on a wide range of legal issues including corporate law restructurings corporate governance and as the case may be mergers and acquisitions contract negotiations and regulatory compliance.
Conducting legal research and analysis on complex corporate matters.
Preparing and reviewing corporate documents such as board and shareholders resolutions shareholder agreements and proxy statements.
Restructurings: Provide legal support for intra-group mergers carve out transactions contributions of shares or assets transfer of activities incorporations liquidations including due diligence structuring legal documentation drafting formalities.
Intra-group agreements: Draft review and negotiate intra-group agreements.
Corporate Governance: Advise on corporate governance issues ensuring that the company adheres to relevant laws regulations and best practices.
Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in coordination with any other relevant legal teams.
Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and support the development of strategies to mitigate these risks.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with external stakeholders including regulators auditors and external legal counsels credit servicers to ensure the companys interests are represented and protected; collaboration with legal teams within the company to align the companys legal strategy with broader corporate objectives and ensure consistency in legal practices across the organisation.
Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of company policies directives and procedures particularly those related to legal and regulatory compliance.
Qualified French Solicitor (holds the CAPA)
At least 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in French corporate law / M&A and restructurings in a law firm and/or in-house counsel role in a large company with a proven track record in complex transactions and strategic projects
Experience with cross-border transactions
Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills ability to provide clear and commercially oriented legal advice
Strong ability to structure prioritise analyse and deliver efficient legal solutions in a fast-paced environment
High ethical standards and professional integrity
Customer-oriented mindset
Strong sense of teamwork
Demonstrated ability to embrace and adapt to digital transformation initiatives within a legal environment
Fluent in both English and French (oral and written communication and legal drafting).
