- Adhere to safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.

- Proven experience in roofing or exterior construction is preferred.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of roofing materials tools and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Safety certification (e.g. WHMIS) is an asset.
- HAAG Certification considered an asset
