ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer GED Readiness
Administer pre- and post- assessments to students of T.A.B.E. or Oral Best
Monitor manage and create test tickets in DRC Literacy Pro System
Assist students with signing up on
Manage student records
Enroll students/ clients in adult education program and or services
Assist student with intake process
Input student records into online data management system (LACES)
Maintain student and departmental records
Answer phones and disseminate program information
File management
Copy scan and print materials
Monitor and manage distance learning system hours
Manage and disseminate minutes for meetings
Assist with student retention management
Manage departmental computer check out system
Works closely with Instructors Career Coaches and staff
Complete all of job duties as assigned and or applicable


Qualifications:

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED

6 months or more clerical experience

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

The position is a 9 month position that can be renewed annually based on funding.

The position will be located at the Main Campus in North Little Rock AR.
