POSITION SUMMARY

The Corporate Senior Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in EnerStars commercial growth by establishing and expanding relationships with customer corporate offices and executive-level stakeholders. This is a strategic sales leadership position that bridges direct sales execution with corporate account strategy enabling deeper engagement improved alignment and elevated sales outcomes.

This role is distinct from regional sales or sales management rolesit is designed to own and expand relationships at the head office level shaping strategic partnerships unlocking multi-site opportunities and influencing procurement and operations executives.



Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols.
  • Champion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activities.

Corporate-Level Sales & Account Expansion

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate procurement operations and executive leadership across key accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for high-value or politically complex customer organizations.
  • Develop multi-region multi-service MSA (Master Service Agreement) strategies.
  • Lead or support negotiation of pricing service scope and regional growth commitments.

Strategic Sales Enablement

  • Define and execute EnerStars national and corporate-level sales strategy ensuring alignment with overall company growth goals.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts at the corporate level and create penetration plans.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for major pursuits and contracts.

CRM & Sales Infrastructure Leadership

  • Champion CRM discipline across self and team; ensure opportunity tracking meeting logging and pipeline reporting are complete and accurate.
  • Work with Sales Ops to implement forecasting and pipeline management tools.

Sales Team Coaching & Development

  • Mentor Regional Sales Managers SDRs and AMs on corporate storytelling proposal structuring and MSA value-selling.
  • Deliver structured quarterly training sessions on sales skills account strategy and communication.
  • Offer executive office support to field reps for corporate-level meetings and materials.

Leadership-Level Collaboration

  • Engage directly with EnerStar executive team to align field sales with financial targets.
  • Support internal goal-setting incentive programs and budgeting.
  • Build and manage sales budget allocation by region tracking ROI.
  • Design and execute sales incentive programs aligned to company revenue targets.

Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned.



Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions.



POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

  • 10 years of B2B sales experience ideally in industrial services rentals energy or field infrastructure.



KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Demonstrated success managing large corporate accounts and multi-site agreements
  • Strong negotiation and executive presence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments and titles
  • CRM expertise (HubSpot Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Strong financial acumen and sales analytics capability
