Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on NIGHT SHIFT. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of a team of Payroll BackOffice Analysts. This role reports directly to the Payroll Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing mentoring team members resolving escalated issues and supporting continuous process improvements.
What Youll Do
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Human Resources or related field
3-5 years of experience in payroll processing with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong knowledge of US and CAN payroll systems payroll processes and compliance requirements.
Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP Globalview ADP Smart Compliance SAP eSAP Cognos Workday Kronos UKG Pro ServiceNow Siebel Microsoft Excel PowerBI Power Automate is a plus and KNIME.
Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
