Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow our enterprise customer base in China. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CPaaS industry with a proven track record of maintaining key accounts driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensuring customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Telesigns enterprise customers ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to expand Telesigns footprint.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs align Telesigns solutions and drive adoption.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account growth strategies including contract renewals expansions and new use cases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-level executives technical teams and procurement departments.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales Product Marketing and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and customer needs to position Telesign effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 years of experience in Key Account Management Enterprise Sales or Customer Success in the CPaaS cloud communications or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing **large enterprise accounts** in China.
  • Strong understanding of APIs cloud communications authentication fraud prevention or digital identity solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
