Key Responsibilities:
Build manage and grow paid campaigns primarily with PPC Search Ads in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
Analyze and report on campaign progress with in-depth analysis of key metrics
Create action items for continued optimization and growth
Hit growth targets through keyword and campaign expansion
Hit ROAS and ROI targets through continuous campaign optimization
Qualifications and Requirements:
3-5 years of hands-on experience creating Google Ads campaigns
Experience managing multiple campaign types (e.g. Search Display Video Social Remarketing)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Proven track record of successful paid campaign management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Self-motivated detail-oriented team player
Exceptional time management organizational and project management skills
Understanding of reporting and analytics tools and nomenclature
