Ltd a company focused on the research and manufacturing of integrated solutions for residential renewable energy 2022 we introduced our first residential energy storage system EP Cube a flexible and intelligent all-in-one solution designed to assist individuals in efficiently managing solar power generation residential energy storage and electricity usage. Our goal is to reduce electricity costs and minimize carbon footprints.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our international ever-growing team as a Supply Allocation & Operations Planning Manager to own the endtoend balance of supply and demand for the EP Cube home energy system across Europe. Plan and secure supply allocate inventory to orders and lead the supply to order process in tight coordination with HQ Team. Lead currently two team members (Logistics & Order Fulfilment) start up the regional CRM and ERP capabilities with Finance/Credit and EP HQ Team and build Power BI reporting that gives Sales and leadership a realtime AvailabletoSell (ATS) and order status view.

Responsibilities
  • Demand Supply & S&OP -Own the rolling demand plan for EP Cube; consolidate inputs align supply coordinate POs Supply Review inventory distribution
  • Allocation ATS/ATP & Sales Enablement-Maintain the AvailabletoSell (ATS) view supply allocation POC for Sales Managers ETAs and Recovery plan communication
  • Systems Leadership (CRM & ERP)Regional lead for CRM & ERP activities define Master Data & partner with IT/PMO on roadmaps and change management
  • Reporting & Analytics (Power BI)build & maintain Power BI Dashboards deliver insights & action
  • OrdertoDelivery Operations Design & lead operations process align with Logistics on movement standardize status reporting
  • People Leadership Lead and coach team members in logistics and order fulfilment set objective performance reviews

  • Demand and supply alignment; no material stockouts on committed orders.
  • ATS/ATP visibility for Sales with clear allocation rules.
  • Ontime infull delivery performance with continuous improvement quarter after quarter.
  • Regional CRM & ERP (with Finance/Credit workflows) configured and adopted; data quality at agreed standards.
  • Live Power BI dashboards for supply orders and deliveries built with the Business Development Manager.
  • Ordertodelivery process documented and running (inquiry order entry allocation shipment delivery).

  • Crisp communicator and stakeholder manager across Sales Finance/Credit Logistics and HQ Planning.

LANGUAGES
  • English must have.
  • German or Italian plus.
  • Chinese (Mandarin) strong plus
LOCATION
  • Munich preferred or
  • Italy
Your backpack is filled with
  • 7 years in supply/demand planning allocation experience with insight on business processes within hardware/energy/renewables or adjacent industries; 1 years people leadership.
  • Proven experience standing up or significantly enhancing CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and ERP (e.g. SAP S/4HANA NetSuite or similar) with Finance/Credit and HQ.
  • Advanced analytics skills: Power BI (data modeling DAX) Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot); SQL is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory planning allocation/ATP leadtime management 3PL logistics and ordertocash fundamentals.
  • Degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering or related; Masters a plus.
