Job Summary

Essential Job Functions

Monitor arrival unloading cargo presence and MAPA clearance (via terminal websites);
Document analysis;
Clearance with freight forwarders and shipping lines;
ICMS clearance in case of exemption;
Issuance of DARJ/GNRE;
Creation of dossiers in the Single Portal;
Management reports;
Sending documents to terminals for cargo release; and
Sending documents to transport companies.

Requirements:

Proven experience recorded in a work permit; and

Basic knowledge of the Office package (Word Excel and Outlook).

Other Skills & Abilities

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration International Trade International Relations or Logistics;

Basic knowledge of English;

Knowledge of customs legislation;

Knowledge of REPETRO and REPETRO-SPED;

Familiarity with the SISCEX (Ellas) system.
