Job Description
Immediate 1st Shift Electrician opening in Greer SC!
Interview and Start ASAP!
Hours:
1st Shift Monday thru Friday
Starting pay up to $29/hr!
Key Responsibilities:
-Replace light bulbs ballasts drivers and LED Diodes
-Work Proficiently with 12V-480V
-Trouble shoot Control Panels for HVAC Plumbing and Lighting
-Program Lighting Control Panels
-Clean and maintain equipment exteriors and surrounding areas
-Conduct visual inspections and report abnormalities to supervisor
-Apply simple sealants and caulking for minor repairs
-Replace cabinet hardware door stops and similar basic components
-Unclog drains using manual tools (plungers hand augers)
-Replace washers and aerators in faucets and fixtures
-Collect and properly dispose of maintenance debris
QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum of 2 years of applicable working experience as a Maintenance Tech
-Must have computer skills
-Ability to use Megger
-Ability to trace and diagnose wiring issues
-Ability to read and follow Diagrams and plans
-HS Diploma or GED Required
-Trade licenses a plus
