Responsibilities:
- Schedule: Mon-Thur 8:30-4:30 Fri 8:30-4:00 (1-hr paid lunch)
- Time Off: 20 PTO days paid federal holidays
- Coverage: Medical dental vision IRA w/ firm contribution
- Weekly team breakfast & free onsite parking
- Supportive team-oriented environment
A well-established personal injury law firm in downtown Buffalo is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support their Personal Injury department.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and file legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with discovery depositions and trial prep
- Manage calendars deadlines and case files
- Communicate with clients courts and counsel
- Conduct legal research and prep trial materials
- Perform administrative office tasks
