Runner / Busser - Dawn Manor (tipped position)

Primary responsibility for delivering food orders to guests; assembling and delivering To Go orders when necessary; assisting with setting tables; clearing tables and bar; refreshing tables; cleaning and sanitizing tables chairs and booths; and supporting any bar service activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transports food orders to guests in a safe and timely manner.
• Assists guests and servers and in a timely and professional manner.
• Cleans and polishes glassware flatware and equipment.
• Removes dirty items from tables cleans and sets tables with silverware glassware and china assemble roll wraps fill water glasses.
• Supports bar staff with clearing soiled items; restocking ice glassware liquor beer wine and paper supplies.
• Transports dirty dishes/glassware etc. from dining room to kitchen and/or bar.
• Accurately assembles fills and delivers To Go orders when necessary.
• Ensures the cleanliness and organization of designated work areas. Stocks/replenishes an adequate supply of product and equipment based on expected business volumes and completes set up and break down duties to departmental standard. Sweeps and mops floors.
• Performs all duties on the runner checklists.
• Complies with company local state and national regulations pertaining to food quality cleanliness and sanitation standards alcohol service and safety.
• Completes all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 6 months to 1-year related experience in a high-volume high energy food and beverage environment.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to position self to move about.
• The employee frequently is required to operate and use station tools and equipment; and communicate with guests employees and management.
• The employee must move up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
