Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented full-timeData Analystwho will primarily focus on researching internal databases ensuring accurate data entry into Ultrapipe and drafting 2D isometric drawings in AutoCAD or a related program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling and maintaining accurate reports for both internal reference and client-facing purposes. This role requires strong attention to detail a deep understanding of database management and the ability to audit and cleanse data for integrity and quality.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

  • Inputs data in a timely and accurate manner into a computerized system
  • Analyze data trends discrepancies or abnormalities and prepare reports highlighting key findings
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Drafts 2D designs of isometric drawings
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational communication and customer service skills
  • Ability demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Service driven and self-motivated
  • Microsoft (Excel Outlook PowerPoint Word)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Data entry experience a plus but not required
  • AutoCAD experience a plus but not required
