POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented full-timeData Analystwho will primarily focus on researching internal databases ensuring accurate data entry into Ultrapipe and drafting 2D isometric drawings in AutoCAD or a related program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling and maintaining accurate reports for both internal reference and client-facing purposes. This role requires strong attention to detail a deep understanding of database management and the ability to audit and cleanse data for integrity and quality.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
- Inputs data in a timely and accurate manner into a computerized system
- Analyze data trends discrepancies or abnormalities and prepare reports highlighting key findings
- Ability to adapt to changing demands multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong desire to learn
- Drafts 2D designs of isometric drawings
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational communication and customer service skills
- Ability demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Service driven and self-motivated
- Microsoft (Excel Outlook PowerPoint Word)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Data entry experience a plus but not required
- AutoCAD experience a plus but not required
