Job Posting Description
Your Role:
Monitor day-to-day operation administrative duties such as customer care handle all incoming calls outbound calls via emails or through TRUMPF channels including customer inquiries quotes and orders.
Create case using information provided by the customer in an accurate prompt and professional manner.
Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport.
Provide accurate valid and complete information to our customers by utilizing the proper tools and methods.
Coordinate with customers field service engineer and other departments for a smooth workflow and operation.
Perform various coordinating tasks along with administrative duties like maintain report and project documentation.
Perform service revenue summary report follow up and collect outstanding invoice.
Issue PR and PO for Service Team.
Book Hotel/flight reservation for Service Team.
Other administrative projects or tasks as assigned by Service Manager.
Your Profile:
Bachelors degree or Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience
Good communication interpersonal collaborative and problem-solving skills
Flexible
Able to perform task on MS Excel (e.g. Vlookup Pivot table etc)
Attention to details and able to multi-tasks
Good command of English
