Our client is a Fashion Retail Leader in Thailand.
Duties:
Working in partnership with the SEA VM team to implement corporate VM strategies in Thailand.
Planning and conducting regular store visits within the region to ensure corporate VM standards are well maintained.
Managing assigned stores in Thailand.
Communicating the corporate philosophy to sales staff and implementing the comprehensive training program.
Understanding the luxury fashion retail business and analyzing the market and competitors in the field of visual merchandising.
Collaborating closely with the sales team Product Specialist and VMAs for new seasonal launches stock rotations and VDC window installations in stores.
Reviewing sell-through data with the Product Specialist to improve sales/product placement in each store.
Being present for any VM-related implementations setups or changeovers.
Reviewing AG VM Model store reports and photos from the HKG VM team.
Executing the Model store locally in DOS and wholesale stores independently.
Rotating colour themes and deliveries within DOS stores every two weeks.
Rotating colour themes and deliveries within outlets once a month.
Ensuring mannequin look changes/rotations once a month across all Thailand stores.
Submitting monthly VM reports for downtown and outlets via the portal STORIQ.
Ensuring the DOS sales team achieves sell-through targets.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Visual Design or related disciplines.
At least 4 years of relevant experience preferably with an international luxury fashion brand.
Strong eye for merchandise presentation a keen interest in fashion and solid knowledge of fabrics and colour.
Ability to work closely with the Retail and Merchandising departments to support retail initiatives and objectives.
A dynamic and mature personality.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Willingness to travel.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Visual Merchandiser role.
