Overall position purpose

To assist the Learning & Development Team with the effective coordination and deployment of the external learning programs including our Chartered Accountant program and classes across Oceania.

Major responsibilities/duties

  • Manage CA registrations across several locations within Oceania- Australia and NZ
  • Manage study support database and relationship with study support external providers
  • Respond to queries from candidates and other stakeholders
  • Coach and support a senior associate with our External Learning process
  • Manage program communications e.g. notification of module commencement/completions; study support options distribute results to leadership
  • Manage program budget for both external learning and CA ANZ programs
  • Manage financial aspects of the program e.g. salary sacrifice repayments for repeats and withdrawals refund cheque processing calculate repayment to firm on resignation
  • Manage reward and recognition for program participants e.g. vouchers and mementos for merit recipients in-house lunch or drinks on completion
  • Organise and supervise mock exams

Qualifications knowledge & experience

  • Strong knowledge Microsoft 365 programs including excel and PowerBI
  • Relevant administrative and customer/client service experience
  • Organisational and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Ability to manage work and programs according to budgets
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Maintaining a team focus and demonstrating effective team behaviours by participating in team meetings and events
