Job Description
Assist in the preparation of list of reopened cases breached
cases and CSAT comments for root cause analysis
Assist in the collation and preparation of monthly QA
reports
Consolidation of improvement opportunities/suggestions
from CSAT comments
Assist in the creation of Quality Framework SharePoint Site
Support in the creation of presentation materials for QA
trainings and refresher sessions
Support in the monitoring of continuous improvement
projects
Assist in the creation of a CI Book of Work Dashboard
