Enterprise Program Management - working in the assessment of client needs and capabilities
Providing tools methodologies and guidance to establish or improve client delivery

Strategy Governance and Management - supporting the team in providing advice and oversight to clients in evaluation of delivery alternatives and assisting in structuring a plan & mobilizing resources to deliver outcomes
Supporting delivery execution through evaluation of delivery roadmaps and providing recommendations for effectiveness
Planning & Execution Management
Demonstrating proven abilities and success as a team leader
Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations
