As an Engineering Manager on the Fintech Payments Reporting & Data team partnering closely with business partners and adjacent engineering teams you will be responsible for ensuring that the billions of dollars we process on behalf of the merchants are reported accurately and in a timely manner to our customers and internal stakeholders. Youll lead our engineers to build reliable scalable and trustworthy features as well as working on the cutting edge of emerging real-time data and reporting technologies.
With a strong technical focus youll have the experience and judgment to guide our engineers in the right direction. You love finding creative ways to help teams become more efficient and develop their skills. You will ensure your teams work is aligned with Toasts broader mission. On a given day you might be reviewing design documents coordinating discussions between teams collaborating on roadmaps with architectural and product stakeholders and conducting 1:1s with team members.
