Train the Contractors and Other Contractors personnel as per developed training plan and module
Indentify review and evaluate the training plan and the implementation to come up with the input for improvement
Coordinate in developing training plan for Companys Contractor Personnels and manage the implementation to fulfill Contract requirement
Coordinator for all trainings conducted by Contractor for other contractors or Company
Identify and manage list of Personnel among Contractors organization that will be assigned as training facilitator
Requirements
Minimum education bachelor degree (S1) or D4 in various discipline with minimum 5 years or diploma (D3) in various discipline with minimum 7 years working experience in training handling related work in HES or oil & gas construction related skills (e.g. lifting & rigging welding scaffolding etc) or non-HES field that is related to construction or project activity civil structures Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang/DPU (high-rise buildings/ bridges) mining geothermal or power generation projects.
Within the last 5 years the candidate shall have certification or qualification in training and development (instructional design teaching or other related work) issued by the Government or other related institutions especially those related to Services in the industry of oil & gas or petrochemicals handling sector
Understand key techniques - Training Need Analysis (TNA) method and template evaluation and transfer of learning (putting learning into practice in the workplace)
Able to give good and consistent advice think strategically at an individual level influence upwards sideways downwards and outwards good instructional technique and design good communicator able to present with credibility and authority
