Job Description Summary
The Associate Director Patient & SP Services will manage day to day hub operations for Sandoz Patient Service and Specialty Fee for Service programs. Duties will include overseeing patient service vendors ensuring all SLAs are met or exceeded anticipating/identifying/resolving potential operational challenges overseeing accurate and timely reporting of results monitoring program budgets and ensuring all legal regulatory compliance and pharmacovigilance requirements are being met. Associate Director will also interact regularly with brand teams and other internal functional areas including finance legal safety quality training and others as needed.Job Description

Position Location:
This position will be located at the Princeton NJ US Headquarters site. Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of their monthly workday remotely. This role will have the ability to be located remotely. Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.
Major Accountabilities / Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Development and management of monitoring programs for Patient and Specialty Services programs.
Work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure ongoing compliance and alignment.
Serve as meeting host for monthly compliance committee meetings; including agenda creation content preparation and documentation of minutes and action items.
Work closely with program vendors to address and manage external and internal procedures to ensure compliance.
Communicate monitoring outcomes and procedure updates to senior leadership
Perform all job responsibilities in full compliance with our Code of Conduct and all Sandoz policies and acts as a role model for integrity by visibly and consistently acting the values of our Code of Conduct and championing adherence to all Sandoz policies
Key Capabilities Required:
Data Analytics: Strong emphasis on utilizing data analytics and continuous improvement to shape and manage program needs performance cost and outcomes. Accountable for the success of assigned programs as well as compliance and monitoring oversight to comply with the quality system and program guidelines
Program operations: Lead day to day operations of assigned patient service and SP FFS programs. Ensure that all program operations are running smoothly and in accordance with program business rules and all safety legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with vendor to update business rules as appropriate.
Vendor management: Serve as primary liaison between Sandoz and the hub vendor & SP partners. Anticipate and address program challenges. Work closely with vendor to track and meet or exceed all program SLAs.
Reporting: Work with hub vendor and data management to ensure that all key hub data is reported on time and accurately through the data portal. Work with vendor to prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
Pharmacovigilance: Collaborate with vendor and Sandoz safety team to ensure that all adverse events (AEs) and product complaints are reported at the right time in accordance with Sandoz guidelines. Serve as point person to help coordinate required audits of hub vendor and SP FFS contracts.
Co-pay program: Oversee operations for co-pay program for products available through the hub. Coordinate co-pay card enrollment through the hub. Develop and update co-pay program enrollment forms. Serve as key liaison with co-pay program vendor. Ensure timely reporting of key co-pay program data and that all co-pay program SLAs are met or exceeded. Collaborate with brand team to develop co-pay program offers & mitigation efforts.
Budgeting: Develop maintain and meet all program budget requirements. Assist with forecasting. Provide stakeholders including brand finance & leadership with timely alerts regarding potential budget overages.

Minimum of 7 years industry experience in a role responsible for patient support and/or specialty pharmacy fee for service agreements

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between
$132300 and $245700/year; however while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25 fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to geographical location experience level knowledge skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a sign-on bonus restricted stock units and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired employee will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
On September 30 2021 Sandoz entered into a 5-year Corporate Integrity Agreement. Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations CIA-related deliverables and any relevant audit monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.
