We have already found ours ready to join us Be what you want. Maritim Hotel Amsterdam is looking for a creative hospitable and enthusiastic F&B Supervisor to join our KAZUE team.
Kazue is our Japanese shared-dining concept. At the ground floor of the hotel you will deliver an authentic Japanese experience to our guests. We serve classic dishes and drinks from Japan that have all kinds of interesting cultured stories behind them. We are looking for team members that are keen to learn & explain these stories to our guests. All to make sure they leave with a smile on their face with exceeded expectations.
As a supervisor you will have the duty of overseeing the appearance and performance of the team members. Guiding and assisting where needed making sure that all guests receive exceptional service.
You can keep the overview during the shift and makes sure the whole team knows what is expected from them. You are in the middle leading the team with your contagious energy. The team will grow personally and professionally with you guiding them.
Next to this you will assist the management in the daily task of overseeing checklists trainings and coaching.
